Despite the horror of Halloween night in East Hallow, Obi-Wan has been in a rather cheerful mood of late. There are reasons for this, ones he doesn't share with anyone, not out of any particular desire to keep it secret, but because he sees no reason he ought to. Foolish, perhaps, given how long he had waited for Anakin to admit to his relationship with Padmé, but he's doing his best to support them. Not to worry about himself.
But he's in a good mood all the same and though he remains on guard, watchful and ever aware of the world around him, he's also settling into this newfound home of theirs.
It's brought him around to thinking he may need to look into ways to supplement his income, something he's never before needed to concern himself with.
He's out today, trying to work out where to begin. The library has seemed like the right place to start and he's on his way there when he stops at a cafe to buy himself a coffee. He's rarely had coffee as good as the ones from this particular cafe and when he steps back out onto the sidewalk, it's with a rather pleased smile.
Then he continues on his way, walking toward the library at a leisurely pace and while he's adopted a more common attire in general, he still wears his lightsaber on his belt, and his regular clothing are under his billowing robe. He still doesn't quite fit in.
