"Oh, how terribly romantic," Obi-Wan agrees and he wouldn't have thought he would have the energy to properly laugh right now, but Klaus is always surprising him. He settles against him, keeping some of his weight on his knees, his elbows, but settles comfortably into the space Klaus has made for him as he nods.

"I think I'd like that very much," he says. Since coming to Darrow he's spent a lot of his time reading, as Klaus is well aware of, and he finds all kinds of subjects fascinating. Obi-Wan can go from reading about quantum physics to what he's learned are called bodice rippers, those explicit stories that seem to merely be pretending they're be written without a historical context.

One day, he thinks, he ought to tell Klaus there are such novels written about the Jedi in his galaxy.

"What are you going to read for me?" he asks, leaning down to nuzzle his face against the curve of Klaus's throat. "Something particularly romantic, I would hope, if we're going to go all in with the cliché." And whether or not it's a cliché, Obi-Wan doesn't at all care. He's enjoying every moment of this evening.
