"Oh, on occasion, though hardly the only one," Obi-Wan answers with a grin, leaning in to nudge his nose against Klaus's cheek. "I don't know the entire story of her past, but she was, at one point, training to become a Jedi. Her Master was killed, however, and she was left alone and the loss of her Master was too much for her to bear."

It's a feeling Obi-Wan understands better than most would expect. After losing Qui-Gon, he'd spoken little of the moments following his Master's death. Few know what he did, the rage with which he attacked Maul. In those furious moments, he had launched a lightsaber assault the likes of which he had never done before and has rarely done since. His chosen style is defense, not offence, but he had been determined to kill Maul. To get revenge for having taken Qui-Gon from him.

There are not his proudest moments, but to deny they happened would be a lie.

"The next anyone knew of her, she had become a Sith," he continues. "The Jedi equivalent on the dark side. Her lightsabers were polluted by the dark side, their blades gone red."
