"Oh, since you were but a teenager," he answers with a smile of his own. Though there had been that stretch of time where they'd seen little of one another, he has known Padmé for more than ten years, longer than he's known nearly anyone outside of the Jedi Order.

"I believe congratulations are in order," he adds. "Though I'm a few years late."
