Admittedly, this holiday makes even less sense to Obi-Wan than the others that have been explained to him thus far in Darrow. At least birthdays and Christmas and New Year's Eve have significance in terms of family and the turning over of a new leaf, so to speak, while Valentine's Day seems to be a day based solely in capitalism and commercialism.
He can't even begin to comprehend the winged babies who carry a bow and arrow he's seen depicted in a good number of decorations across the city.
His lack of understanding hasn't prevented him from buying Klaus a box of dark chocolate covered strawberries from a candy shop and bakery near his apartment. Earlier in the day he had stopped there, staring at the treats through the window, then he had gone inside on a whim, knowing Klaus would like them regardless of whether or not they had anything to do with the day itself.
What he's most interested in at this point is the meteor. He's heard a bit of gossip regarding it and it seems that a select group of people believe it's going to hit Darrow and obliterate everything, which Obi-Wan finds extremely unlikely. The chances of an impact event large enough to wipe out life are extremely low, though he supposes it isn't impossible. In either case, he sees little reason to worry. He's doubtful it will happen and if it does, there's nothing to be done about it at this late stage.
However, any sort of meteor may eventually be visible in the night sky and so it's with this plan in mind that he walks to the Hargreeves house, the box of chocolates held in his hands. Klaus had assured him the roof of the house would be the best place to watch him and he can't disagree. The roof of his own building was already filled with people when he set out half an hour earlier.
When he gets close, he sends Klaus a text message to let him know he's near, then heads for the front door to politely knock.

So he does, pressing his cheek to Klaus's shoulder, his eyes closed as he exhales once, long and slow. Then he kisses Klaus's warm skin again and picks up the brush from his thigh, beginning to run it gently through Klaus's hair.
"Why not right now?" he asks in a warm voice, combing his fingers through Klaus's hair after the brush. "I'm not as young as I used to be and you've worn me out utterly this evening. I might as well do something nice that doesn't involve my penis."

"Penis," Klaus repeats with a happy giggle, because Obi-Wan is adorable. "You're right. I'll give your penis and your anus a break for awhile. Maybe even your testicles, too."
Obi-Wan is gentle even when it comes to brushing Klaus's hair, carefully working out tangles before running the bristles through. He reaches over to grab the champagne from the nightstand and takes a long sip before handing it back over his shoulder for Obi-Wan to take. "We'll have to see how you do. Maybe you can do my hair next time I feel like dressing up."

There are slang words and he's well aware of them all, but they often sound so unrefined. Not when Klaus says them, he makes them sound salacious in a wonderfully delicious way, but Obi-Wan can't imagine himself using the word cock without sounding absolutely ludicrous. As a Jedi, they hadn't exactly focused on anatomy, but there had been lessons based in science and mathematics, along with combat and use of the Force. He had learned everything with a scientific basis and somehow he can't seem to get out of that mindset.
At least verbally. And not in the more intimate moments they share. Somehow during those moments he has absolutely no problem thinking of words he would otherwise be unlikely to say.
He pauses in his brushing to take the bottle of champagne, taking a long sip before he hands it back to Klaus. Then, brush still in one hand, he raises his other and moves the box of chocolate covered strawberries within reach using the Force. Pushing off the lid, he takes out one of the strawberries and holds it up for Klaus to take a bite.
"I sound utterly ridiculous when I say cock," he murmurs, still holding the strawberry. "Don't I?"

He thinks that it's cute how Obi-Wan uses the proper terms for everything, including anatomy. It's just another little thing that makes up this wonderful person that Klaus loves, someone who is powerful and strong but also funny and utterly adorable.
Klaus takes back the bottle and sips from it, only to lower the bottle and find a strawberry near his mouth. He turns so that he can see Obi's face as he takes a bite, brow lifting as he speaks. He just said that he couldn't get hard again, but Obi-Wan saying cock like that while feeding Klaus what is arguably the most romantic fruit has his body trying valiantly to prove otherwise.
"You really don't," Klaus says once he swallows, licking chocolate from his upper lip before leaning in to give Obi-Wan a kiss, smiling against his mouth. "You sound sexy, but you always sound sexy, even when you say penis." He pauses, looking upward as if deeply considering it, and then nods, kissing him again. "Yeah, even then."

"Right," he says, working his fingers gently through Klaus's hair before he separates a portion into three strands and begins to carefully braid. He collects more hair as he goes, braiding from one side of Klaus's head, around toward the back, loosening it gently as he does. His hair is too curly for a tight braid, Obi-Wan doesn't think it would look right, and he's more amused than anything that he has an idea of what would and wouldn't look right in a braid for Klaus.
More than anything, he's just enjoying this moment. The gentle buzz of the champagne, the warmth that comes from having spent this evening together, how it's all felt, how close he feels to Klaus now, not only physically, but emotionally and mentally.

If Diego would just hurry up and get here, he would have everyone he loves. It'll happen, he thinks. He has hope.
For now, he relaxes against Obi-Wan with a soft sigh, utterly content, and so very loved.
