"I would have called my gaze more appreciative than leering," Klaus replies, delighted as always by Obi-Wan's teasing. "Are you saying it was unwanted? Should I avert my eyes?"
Obi-Wan leans in for a kiss and Klaus returns it happily, lifting one hand from the water to cup his cheek. When he pulls away, Klaus leans forward to follow, shifting his body in the water to swim after him. He takes a breath and turns onto his back, floating alongside Obi-Wan and reaching out to take his hand.
"Did you know otters hold hands when they float so they don't get separated?" Klaus ask, taking in another slow, easy breath as he squeezes Obi-Wan's hand. "We're like otters."
